 Dr John Snook
Dr. John Snook is a native of Indiana. He graduated high school from Laporte, Indiana and then went on to Purdue University where he earned his bachelor's degree in Movement and Sport Sciences while also preparing for medical school. While attending Purdue, he was honored with such distinctions as Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Beta Phi and Golden Key National Honor Society. Dr. Snook earned his medical degree from Indiana University Medical School and completed a three year family medicine residency at St. Francis Hospital in Beech Grove, Indiana before becoming board-certified in Family Medicine. In 1999, he joined the Family Medical Center in Seymour, Indiana and established his family medicine practice. Dr. Snook's interest in skincare began during middle school after his mother was diagnosed with melanoma, a skin cancer. Knowing very little about the cancer at the time, he began reading about skin and skin cancers, and became intrigued with skincare. This interest continued through medical school, his residency, and into his private practice. It was not until he gave up the obstetrical portion of his practice that Dr. Snook had time to devote to skincare. He has attended many medical education courses concentrating on advances in skincare, cosmetic dermatology, lasers and BOTOX to further his knowledge. Dr. Snook maintains membership in American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Society for Lasers in Medicine and Surgery and the Indiana State Medical Association. He established Renaissance Medical Spa to provide the highest quality of care to southern Indiana using the latest skincare technology.  Dr. Pamela Snook Dr. Pamela Snook is a native of Indiana. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Biology from Indiana University-Bloomington then went on to earn a medical degree from Indiana University-Indianapolis. Dr. Snook completed a three year family medicine residency at St. Francis Hospital in Beech Grove, Indiana. She then relocated to Seymour, Indiana in 1999 and continues to call this her home. Dr. Snook has taken special interest in women’s health issues including the growing field of aesthetic medicine. Continuing medical education courses in laser technology, botox administration, advanced skincare techniques and make up artistry combined with her background in medicine have given her a unique perspective in the skincare industry. For years, Dr. Snook has encountered women with unwanted facial and body hair or women with spider and varicose veins. She has seen teenagers and adults alike battling acne, rosacea and many other skin ailments with great frustration. “It has been so rewarding to now have so many alternatives to offer and to see results so quickly in ways not previously attainable with traditional medicine.”
