Are all consultations free?
Not all consultations are free. If the consultation is deemed more medical, there will be a small fee. In most of these situations your insurance will be billed and you will be reasponsible for any co-pays and deductibles. This will also apply if any prior approval letters, etc will need to be submitted. If the consultation if for a cosmetic problem in which there will be no insurance involvement, you will not be charged a consultation fee. When to arrive?
In order to enhance your experience with us, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Use this time to unwind, and enjoy some fresh water garnished with fruit or a fresh cup of coffee. You are free to wander around our retail area, or just sit back and relax. What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing. We will provide you with a robe and slippers if necessary. Do I have to be nude?
We want you to be comfortable while you experience your massage. Under garments may be worn. If you would rather not, the staff is well versed in draping techniques to protect your modesty. Is tipping appropriate?
Yes, it is encouraged for spa treatments only. Individual treatments do not include gratuity. Spa etiquette suggests 15-20%. What type of Fitzpatrick skin type am I?

Cancellations
Out of respect for our other clients, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice or a charge may apply. Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for any denomination. Returns
You may receive your money back or a spa credit for product returned within 2 weeks with a receipt. After two weeks, you may return your purchase with a receipt and receive a spa credit. Considerations
This is a place of tranquility, so sit back and relax. Please respect those around you by refraining from eating, smoking and bringing your children. Please turn your cell phones and pagers on vibrate. Payment
Payment in full is expected at the time of service. To better accommodate you we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit (please see dedicated web page for more information about CareCredit). In some circumstances insurance may cover your treatment. In those circumstances your co-pay is due in full at the time of services. You will be responsible for any claims not paid by your insurance. We Love to Party Customize your own spa package or create an entire party for your friends, family, or office staff. Wow them with any number of treatment combinations, or let them pick their own. We can even take care of the refreshments! |
